Class Descriptions

BARRE

Combines fundamental elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates with the use of the ballet barre and minimal equipment to develop the entire body.

  • Emphasis on core strength and stability
  • Emphasis on lower extremity strength and development

EXHALE

Combines the disciplines of Pilates and yoga designed to help you:

  • Build core strength and increase stability
  • Improve total-body flexibility and balance
  • Develop relaxation and stress management techniques

VINYASA YOGA

A classic style of yoga in which movement is synchronized to the breath. This style is also sometimes also called Flow Yoga where you can expect:

  • Restorative whole body yoga poses that increase overall mobility
  • Develop relaxation and stress management techniques

AFTERBURN

Higher Intensity Training utilizing dumbbells, bands, suspension trainers, BOSU and body weight exercises: our higher intensity training experience is designed with one goal in mind- improved fitness.

  • Improved aerobic fitness
  • Improved strength and core stability

CRUNCH FLEX

A unique combination of light, free and body weight exercises designed to:

  • Increase core strength and stability
  • Develop and improve total-body flexibility and balance

DANCE FUSION

A workout in disguise, Dance Fusion aims to bring the fun back in fitness. This class combines colorful and vibrant dance moves that range from salsa, reggae, hip hop, and aerobic style movements. We end with a wild card of slow but powerful strength training movements that aim to promote core activation. 

CRUNCH HIIT

A combination of core strengthening exercises with cardio intervals to maximize core strength and stability.

TORCH

Strength training broken up with Tabata cardio sets. Designed to build strength and endurance.

SUSPENSION TRAINING

Whole body strength training centered on a series of body weight movements utilizing an adjustable TRX Suspension Training tool anchored to the ceiling as well as incorporating weight, Bosu’s and bands for a higher intensity mid-week work out.

  • Improved total body strength and stability
  • Improved balance and flexibility

BOSU CIRCUIT

Challenge your balance and core stabilization while revving up your heart rate. This class will utilize the BOSU ball for plyometric work and strength training intervals. Get a total body workout from the inside out!

HEALTHY FOR LIFE

An all-around class for health seekers. It includes low-impact cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Chairs are available for participants.

STRENGTH

Strength utilizes major muscle groups by blending slow, controlled movements, with moderate to high-intense resistance training. Physical stamina comes from stabilizing your core, weight-lifting and cardio-respiratory endurance. This class will provide a different focus throughout each session, and prepare you for any physical challenge!
